Copyright provisions

The authors retain the copyright, and also grant the right to the editorial board of "Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" to publish original scientific articles that contain the results of experimental and (or) theoretical research and are not under consideration for publication in other publications. All materials are distributed under the terms of the CC Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, according to which the author: allows to distribute - copy, transmit his scientific work, modify - rework, develop the manuscript; the author does not allow the use of his or modified article for commercial purposes; references to previous authors should be kept in the form specified by them; a manuscript modified by a subsequent co-author must be distributed under the terms of the same license.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights", the author / authors retain all non-property rights to the article. The editorial board of "Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" may transfer copies of the publication to libraries and archives of Ukraine and other countries, whose activities are not aimed directly or indirectly at obtaining profit, under the conditions of using the materials received from the editorial board in the educational activity with preservation of authorship. The transfer of materials is carried out in accordance with the principles of open and free access to the transferred materials (Open Access).

The author / authors reserve the right to use the materials of the article without the consent of the editorial board:

• wholly or partly for educational purposes;
• in whole or in part to write their own dissertations;
• for the preparation of theses, reports at conferences, as well as oral presentations;
• place electronic copies of the article (in particular, the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the collection) on:
  - personal web resources of all authors (websites, web pages, blogs, etc.);
  - web resources of the institutions where the authors work (including electronic institutional repositories);
  - non-commercial open access web resources.

In all cases, the presence of a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of "Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" is mandatory.
