Copyright provisions

"Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" adheres to an Open Access policy.

All articles are published permanently and are made freely available immediately upon issue release. Full-text real-time access to the journal’s scholarly articles is provided on the official journal website in the Archives section.

The journal operates under a Creative Commons Attribution International CC-BY license. This permits readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite, or link to the full text of articles published in the journal.

Authors publishing in the "Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" retain ownership of their intellectual property rights and have the right to reuse, distribute, and archive their work, provided that they acknowledge the original publication in this journal. Submission of a manuscript to the editorial office grants the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to distribute the work.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights” authors retain all moral rights to the article. The Editorial Board of the “Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical Sciences” may distribute copies of the publication to libraries and archives in Ukraine and other countries whose activities are not directly or indirectly aimed at generating profit, provided that the received materials are used for educational purposes by the editorial board with proper attribution of authorship. The transfer of materials is carried out in compliance with the principles of open and free access to the distributed materials (Open Access).

In all cases, a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic version on the official website of the "Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" is required.
