Publication conditions
The editorial office is temporarily not accepting submissions due to the ongoing re-registration of the journal as a professional publication in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 19, 2026, No. 56, “On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine” (registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2026, No. 129/45523). Submissions will resume upon the approval of the updated List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.
Dear colleagues-scientists, we are looking forward to publishing your articles in "Scientific Journal of Metinvest Polytechnic. Series: Technical sciences" № 7 (2026).
To publish an article, it is necessary until 17 April inclusive:
- to fill in an online application;
- send the article designed in accordance with the requirements to the journal's e-mail.
After successful review, the author will receive the details for paying the publication fee by e-mail. It is absolutely necessary to send a scanned receipt for the payment of the cost of publishing a scientific article.
Academic integrity
The editors of the publication carry out an internal anonymous review of articles and a check for the presence of plagiarism. Articles in the publication are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Publication fee
The publication fee is 1100 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is charged at 40 UAH. The publication fee covers the costs associated with review, proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the journal and placement of its electronic version.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity. Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, the author of the article can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is 800 UAH, which must be paid in addition to the publication fee.
